I've spent 13+ years actually building CRM programs — not inheriting a mature list and calling it strategy, but starting from zero and constructing the whole thing. One program I built from scratch hit 200K subscribers and eventually drove 20–40% of total company revenue. That's not a campaign. That's infrastructure.
